CCHR Partnership Launches Interactive Website

Information on the planned Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta is now available online at www.cchrpartnership.org. Launched this week by the CCHR Partnership, the site will be a source for updated information on efforts to build the Center, and it will serve as a public forum for discussion and input on the design process. The site features civil and human rights images from partners including the Atlanta History Center and CARE, USA.

“The site offers a window into the work of the Center long before any structure is built; while providing an avenue for community input during this very critical period”, said Tiffany Powell, Senior Project Manager of the Center for Civil and Human Rights Partnership.

In addition to chronicling the development efforts, the www.cchrpartnership.org is also a gateway to understanding civil and human rights issues. The site’s interactive calendar will highlight local and national civil and human rights events and will allow the public to submit event notices for posting. The site also provides links to a multitude of resources on civil and human rights in Atlanta, Georgia and beyond.
